This new project is about supporting an amazing individual called Mulubrham, an ex-professional cyclist who in the last 2 years has taken 38 Mekelle street kids under his wing, coached them in cycling, secured their schooling and helped them find safe accommodation. He does this in his spare time, out of good will.

With our help he has been given a scholarship to study the British Cycle Coaching qualification and one of our volunteers, Ben Baggaley, worked with him for 4 weeks on the anatomy and
physiology component.

Mulubrham's aspiration is to establish a cycling academy - accessible to all homeless children - that provides a safe place to eat, sleep and train, a platform which is essential in supporting their move from thestreet to school attendance.
