Elshadai Children's Village
The Elshadai Wukro Children’s Village was founded in 1989 to provide a safe, nurturing home with access to education and healthcare for 160 children who have been orphaned by civial war, famine and HIV/AIDs. It is partly self-sufficient from its 11 hectare farm and provides on-site schooling from 5 to 11 years.
SHARE has worked with the Elshadai Wukro Children’s Village since 2010, specifically providing support in the areas of:
